Hi I’m Natalie and I am a Senior Social Work Recruitment Consultant at 3D Recruit. I started at the company in 2016. I joined 3D Recruit when we were Amicus Recruit. I was looking for a change in my career and have enjoyed every moment since! It isn’t only the people I get to source new roles for but the team I work with. Everyone is supportive and ready to help. My best moment of working with 3D Recruit was when I completed my CMI training. I managed to develop my knowledge and skills and have been able to put all of the learning into every day. Every time I find someone a new role that adds to my best moments.

Hi I’m Kate and I’m one of the Senior Social Work Recruit Consultant at 3D Recruit. I originally worked for SocialWork 2000, which merged with Amicus Recruit in 2002 and together became 3D Recruit. I love the candidates I represent, the clients I work with and my colleagues that support me. There’s truly too many best moments for me to name!

Hi I’m Chloe and I’m a Social Work Recruitment Consultant and joined the company in 2021. I had friends working at 3D Recruit who told me how great the company is to work for, so it spurred me on to try a new career path in recruitment. I joined 3D Recruit in July 2022. I joined 3D Recruit as I wanted to contribute to the Social Care sector and felt I could do this by finding the perfect role for each Social Worker.

Hi, I’m Helen, I’m the Education Resource Consultant. My role is to source and register suitable Teachers and Teaching Assistants for our mainstream primary, secondary and SEN schools. I have been working for 3D recruit for 16 years and have made many life-long friends. I genuinely feel like part of a family and am so grateful to be working for such a supportive and friendly company. I’ve had so many great times, too many to recall but I think our Christmas and summer parties are up there with the highlights. I’m looking forward to many more happy years

Hello I’m Katie and I’m one of the Senior Primary Recruitment Consultants for Sussex. I started at 3D Recruit in 2017 and joined the company when they were in the early stages of setting up the education department. This seemed like a great opportunity at the time and I’m very lucky to be part of an ever-growing team. My favourite thing about working for 3D Recruit is building relationships with the local schools and getting to know the Teachers and Teaching Assistants. This job can be very fast paced, and no two days are the same! My best moment has to be the company Christmas parties, there is always a great story to tell!

Hi I’m Ronnie and I’m the Secondary School and FE Recruitment Consultant for East Sussex & Kent. I have been working at 3D Recruit since March 2021. I first found out about 3D Recruit through a recommendation made by an ex-employee after being told how good the company was to work for. I enjoy the company culture & ethos of always ensuring that the team wins, opposed to only being interested in individual wins.

My best moment so far has been supporting an overseas candidate from America come to the UK to begin their Teaching career with a brand-new client.

Jack Duval

Hi I’m Jack and my job as a Senior Primary Education Recruitment Consultant is to maintain and develop new relationship with schools, by supporting and working with them to find the best possible candidate who are the right fit for their school. The other side of my job is working with candidates to find them their next position within Education, by engaging them and introducing them into new opportunities. I have worked at 3D Recruit for over 5 years and joined 3D Recruit because I had previously been in a sales role and wanted to try something new.

I love that fact we are able to work longer hours during term time and get more time off during non-term time so I am able to play more Golf. The best moments for me in the company are company Days and Team Building events.

Hello! I’m Francesca Young, AKA Franny-Anne. I am the SEN Recruitment Consultant for Sussex. I joined 3D Recruit in X. I relocated from Bromley, Kent and wanted to get back into recruitment and 3D looked like the perfect opportunity. Hi my name is Prima and I am the Senior Consultant for Clinical and Healthcare. I joined 3D Recruit in February 2018 when the company I was working for, merged with 3D Recruit. I love that everyone is incredibly supportive, there is definitely a ‘Work Family’ feel to the company. You are given the freedom to be creative and think outside the box which is a large part of how I have been successful in starting up the Healthcare division with the support of all the management team at 3D Recruit.

Catherine Puttick

Hi! I’m Catherine and I am the Head of Technology and Innovation at 3D Recruit. I oversee and manage the IT Projects, development and support new user training at 3D. My passion and focus is to ensure that candidates, clients and staff have the best possible experience using our technology, from registering right through to placement and after care. I love my job as it is diverse, no day is the same as they say! I love hearing about new recruitment technology through APSCo and Recruitment Expo events, this always sets my cogs turning to our next big ‘tech move’. My best moment is always when one of my colleagues tells me that they have achieved their goals quicker or found the process easy using our new systems.

Hi! I’m Heidi and I work as a Finance Officer in the accounts team at 3D Recruit. I have been with the company over 19 Years and first joined the company in an admin capacity, which is what I was looking for at the time. I joined the accounts team 11 years later. What I most like about 3D is how flexible and family orientated it is. It can be hard being a working Mum but knowing your bosses totally understand and appreciate this makes it a lot easier. I am also very lucky to have such lovely colleagues on my team. There have been many great moments over the years from candidate parties and events to team building days at go ape. One of my best moments was getting my 1st placement.
